    Opinions on Sybil

    Hi,
I love the name Sybil, I think it's beautiful and classy and not too popular. I used to love the nn Billie but now I prefer Sybbie. I'm also a huge Downton Abbey fan, but I loved the name before I watched it.
My current combo for it is Sybil Hannah.
    What do you think?
    Thanks,
    Ellie xx

Downtown Abbey really changed my opinion of Sybil and now I think it's absolutely lovely. I wouldn't use it, because I don't like to repeat initials but I'd highly encourage someone else to have a baby Sybil.

I instantly think of the movie Sybil about the poor abused girl with the multiple personalities. I'm 43 so I think that image is burned into the mind of myself and anyone older than me. So for me, no way.

But I think as long as they never film a re-make you would be fine using it.
