    Theodora (Teddy)

A less popular nickname for Felicity is Effie which ends in 'ie' and is short/simple

"I also like Faye, but I'd don't really care for the meaning (fairy)."

    What about Kaye? Meaning: "pure"

I love Dottie, but I prefer Dorothy to Dorothea. I like Felicity, but I agree that those nicknames aren't great. If you like Faye, how about using that for a nickname for Felicity. I also like Felix. Henrietta is a great name and I think Henrietta Sage is a nice combo. Winifred is one of my favorite names.
