I think it's a little dated but still useable. I think it's a very pretty name.

Michelle last year. I was pretty surprised.... Her parents are immigrants and had moved to the country right before she was born. I wonder if that had anything to do with their somewhat "dated" choice? Perhaps they chose a fairly Americanized name that they thought was pretty. Michelle has a nice sound, but IMO it's very dated (and not in a good way.)Raphael David
