I think the Catarina or Caterina spelling is "classier", and looks better with Skye, though I'm not sure I like the two together (it doesn't sound like a stripper name, but they don't really sound good together). A more unusual, solid nature name would avoid any potential lap-dancing names. Here are some mn suggestions:

Katarina is beautiful and Skye is definitely not a filler middle. Just because it's one syllable doesn't make it uncreative. Katarina Skye is stunning, not stripper-y. Skye softens the combo and adds a lot spunk. I might be a bit biased because of a character in one of my favorite books is named Skye, but even with that association I still think it's cute. Why do Berries hate Skye so much? It sort of has a similar feel and style to Wren, which is almost universally Nameberry accepted. Even if you don't use Skye, Katarina is a great name nonetheless.
