    I don't think she'd hate you, but I definitely think you should use Elizabeth, just in case she hates her name or wants a more "mature" mature name when she's older. I think kids hating their parents for their names isn't that common. For the most part they just hate their name.

    In my family, about a hundred years ago, there were a couple Bettys short for Beatrice, not Elizabeth. That could be an option if you're concerned Elizabeth would turn to Liz/Libby/Beth etc. There's not many nicknames for Beatrice for Betty to compete with.

    I really dislike my name, its Jennifer. I do agree with chosing Elizabeth and calling her Betty. Its an adorable nn for a little one that ages into a grown woman with sass.

    Personally, I would not like it if my name were Betty AT ALL. It feel stale and outdated to me. And it just seems...old.

    I like a lot of the other names in your footer, though, like Felicity!
