    Candied/crystallized ginger for morning sickness?

Has anyone tried this? We used to eat it as kids as a snack, but my OB recomended ginger as a natural to help ease morning sickness. Any thoughts?

Not a parent, but I know my mom and others in my family used candied ginger to help with morning sickness, and they all swear by it. Last time I got a stomach bug it was recommended to me (personally I hate the taste of it). And if your OB recommended it it's probably a good idea, right?

Mostly though, I just wanted to comment to say February 28th is an awesome due date/birthday the other berries will be more helpful I'm sure! Good luck!

I have been using candied ginger for a few weeks now. It does seem to help some. I make my own. I will post the recipe.

Ginger ale and ginger beer (nonalcoholic, like root beer) also help w/nausea.
