These are a bit cheesy and predictable, and you don't know the sexes, but you could name them after famous trios...

Pavarotti, Domingo, and Carreras? (The Three Tenors)
Melchior, Gaspar, and Balthazar? (The Wise Men...to some)
Athos, Porthos, and Aramis (The Three Musketeers... I imagine there are a lot of kitten siblings with these names, though)

I can't think of any others except for Hermione, Harry, and Ron from Harry Potter. Maybe this wasn't such a good idea, after all.

    Other suggestions:
Kuro means black in Japanese... for the little black one.
Shima can be a word for stripe in Japanese.... for the striped one.
Shiro means white in Japanese... for the one with white legs.. or Mura which can mean spots/lack of uniformity in Japanese.

Names meaning black or having to do with the color:
    Braith (unisex)
    Nigel
    Dudley
Blake (can mean black or white)
    Sable
    Melanie

    Grey color names:
    Lloyd
    Griselda/Zelda
    Silver
Gina/Gin (Japanesed- pronounced 'g' as in "guy" and the 'in' like "een")

    White names:
    Gwyn (and it's variants/longer forms)
    Albert/Albus
    Finn
    Fiona
    Gavin
    Blanche
    Winter
    Ezra Llewyn or Arthur Hamish

What about liberté, égalité, fraternité? It's the national motto of France meaning liberty, equality, and fraternity/brotherhood.
