Roksana is the Russian version of Roxana, to me it has a slightly different, prettier pronounciation.
Rochelle works for a nn for Roxy too.
Mom to Sonia Violette and Tabitha Claire

Arlo, Roxy, and Olivia all share an O, and Roxy and Olivia share another high power/rare letter (x and v). Some thoughts on this theme are:

Beatrix (no O, but that X beckons)
    Elodie
    Eloise
    Hope
    Iona
    Ione
    Josephine
    Joy
    Joya
    Lola
Matilda (breaks my own rule but I just see it fitting - somehow if he likes Roxy I think he might like Tilly?)
    Nola
    Nova
    Olive
    Olivet/Olivette/Olivetta
    Oona
    Opal
    Paloma
Ramona (no high power letter but somehow it fits, maybe starting with an R like Roxy)
    Verona
    Viola
    Violet
Xiomara (and I think a Rose Xiomara would totally be Roxy)
    Zoe

Great suggestions! Thank you all so much!! I see Indigo was mentioned several times, It's lovely, as are so many others! I would jump on Harlow or Ardith, but I'm hoping for a baby Arlo someday.
