David William or David Lorenzo sound so lovely.... William seems more classical to me, while (if you're after that romantic Italian sound) Lorenzo fits beautifully, making the name sound like music!

Gideon Michael is my favorite but several of your David options are usable. I prefer something a little more unusual than David but it is still a nice name.

I have a soft spot for the name David. I personally think it is a great name. Anyway, I vote for David Gideon Sanders. (Your children all have lovely names.) Good luck!

I like the above suggestion of both Jude and Samuel. I like the name David, and there is a bit much, but I'm not a fan of Gideon.

My favorite of your combos is David Michael Sanders, and I like nickname Misha, though I'd prefer the slightly more masculine Mischa.
