    It sounds neat to me, but not entirely my style. Like, I'd enjoy meeting someone who had a girl named Aristana, but I wouldn't consider the name for my own daughter.
    moving to new account with username I like more... since we can't just change them

    No, Aristana is legit, just like many other names ending in -ana (Sebastiana, Juliana) and one of my personal favs Aristella. Like many names, it is an elaboration of Arista. I like it very much.

    Aristella is pretty too! I see in your name list that you like names with "u"s as well (as an underlying theme My son's name is Atticus, so I like that they would be have "double" letters and start with "A"
