Kasiani - how do you pronounce it ?

Recently fallen for kasiani, and love the folklore behind it, but I'm not 100% how to say it. Does it have both a Greek pronunciation and an English?
    Anyone know? :-)

    In Greek, it's pronounced kah-see-AH-nee. I think it's gorgeous. ^_^

I intuitively pronounced it "kah-see-AH-nee" the first time I saw it.
