These are stretches, but might work for you:

I actually think Ivy goes with Harlow really well, more so than a longer name. Good luck!

I think Ivy is gorgeous! Wonderful on it's own. I find Iverson to be ridiculous. It is one of those names that sound like the parents are trying to come up with a cool name.

I like Ivy just on its own, maybe paired with a long middle name like Ivy Katherine or Ivy Josephine, etc. Or, you could use another I name and a V middle name IV=Ivy. Some nice ones:
    Isla Vivienne
    Iris Veronica
    Isobel Violet
    Imogen Valerie
    etc, etc.

Personally, I don't like any name for a girl that has son in it, and which literally means Son of _________. I also don't like surnames as first names for girls unless there is family significance (maiden name, etc), but, to each his own!

I would go with Ivory if you wanted to make it longer.

But overall Ivy can stand on it's own.

I do like the above suggestion of pairing Ivy with a longer mn, this would balance it all out.

    Ivy Rosalind
    Ivy Clementine
    Ivy Genevieve
    Ivy Emmeline
    Ivy Penelope
