Looking for name to honor two grandmothers, Juanita and Waneta
My DH and I each have a grandmother named Juanita/Waneta and we would really like to honor them. We love using family names, however we're not sure that we love the name Juanita. It's been growing on me as a middle name, but I'd appreciate some help thinking of variations or alternatives. I'm feeling stuck on this. Any thoughts?

It's a lovely idea to honor family members. Here are some suggestions:
1. Any of the feminine John names would work-- Jane, Joan, Jean, Joanne/Joanna, Janet, Janelle, Janice, etc. Here's a link to a bunch: http://www.behindthename.com/php/related.php?name=john.
2. You could also use any name starting with J or W or maybe use JW or WJ as the baby's initials: Josephine, Josie, Juno, Julia, Winona, Willa, Wren, etc.
3. You could go with the meaning of John/Juanita/Waneta (beloved) and use a name with the same or similar meaning. A few of these are:
Amy, Cara, Davina, Esme (to love), Vida
