    I'd name my children the same whether they were multiples or not, does that count?

    G/G: Sansa & Astoria
    G/B: Sansa & Léo
    B/B: Léo & Alfred.

    If I had to purposely do something matchy, I'd probably go for same first letter, or complementary meanings. If I did same first letter, I'd try and make it that the names didn't rhyme or anything.

    G/G: Nerissa & Marina (both water-meaning names)
    G/B: Sansa & Sebastian (same first letter)
    B/B: Barnaby & Blair (same first letter)
    moving to new account with username I like more... since we can't just change them
