    Maven?

Do you like the name Maven? Is it pronounced like Haven but with a M?

    Thanks,

I'd pronounce it like Haven with a M (just for a reference point, I'm from Southern Oregon.) But I don't like it too much. I like Maeve, but I feel like Maven is too close to Mavis (which I also don't care for.)

Maven seems to fit more for a superhero along the lines of say Vixen or Raven. I'm not so sure it would age well since I couldn't see it on a diploma or wedding invitation. You could always just go with it but please let us know what you like about it.

I think it is a very cool name with an awesome meaning. I'd definitely consider it and in fact I am adding it to my list right now. I pronounce it like Haven with an M as well, and I am also residing in Oregon.
