I say it sort of like see-lee-yuh, a definite three syllables to it, and I've got a London accent.

Seh-lee-uh (I know I'm crap at writing pronunciation). I think it's prettier that way and it's the pronunciation used by the only Celia I know.No kids right now.

See-lee-uh - to me 'ia' makes a 'ee-uh' sound, not a 'yah' sound.
