    If you don't love Milana I would suggest just using Mila. They're both beautiful names. Mila Vivienne sounds beautiful.

    I prefer Milena over Milana. I say Milena and melena very differently so I guess I don't hear the similarities. Besides, in Dominican Spanish, a melena is a beautiful head of hair!

    If you can't disassociate Milena and melena, I would use just Mila.

    Mila, except the other choice is Milena instead of Milana. Milana is elegant, but for me it's weird to see -lana and not -lena there. But maybe it's just me.
