Ivy (blank) F-(two syllables). Firstly, I'd avoid two syllable middle names. You many want to look under the name sounds lists the ones for one syllable as well as three syllable. It would be a bit unfair to a feminized version of Louis since your son has that name. James feels to masculine for me and it's such a classic that it likely won't cross to the female side.

Yes- definitely want a one or three syllable middle...

Ivy June is cute! And June is my mother's birth month.. Would it be strange to use two nouns though?

Thoughts in Ivy Georgine? That is my MIL's name..

I think Ivy June is adorable! I don't even think of the fact that they're both nouns, because each one is an established name in her own right. It's not like Green November, for example, where both names are pretty unheard-of.

Just as a total wild card, I saw an Ivy Devereaux once and fell completely in love!

Actually, I kinda like Ivy James. But I really like James for boys I will never use it for girls (but that was me). Totally yes for Ivy June And Ivy Lou! How cute.. but I've to say no since you already use Louis. Ivy Georgine? Prefer Ivy Georgina or Georgiana.

@Fondots- I love it hence why I suggested it! It was in our short list but my boyfriend wasn't fond of Ivy. Plus the fact it has meaning or a connection is an added bonus!
