Ivy Miranda definitely has the best overall sound so that's what I voted for. All of your other combos use Seraphine/a and if that's the name you truly love, you should go with it instead.
If you like the alliteration plus Seraphina, why don't you move that one to the first name place?
Seraphine Miranda (this one has a decent rhythm/flow, even though both names are 3 syllables, the emphasis is on different syllables)
Seraphina Zoe (possibly "hissy" but less so than Stella Seraphina)
Seraphina Ivy (the I after the A is a bit awkward but it wouldn't be the end of the world)
Seraphine Ivany (throwing in this suggestion for a name similar to Ivy but brings a different rhythm)
I'd also suggest Stella Zoe as a sweet and sassy possibility for you, it reduces the S overload but keeps the alliteration, and Zoe is a pretty spunky name IMO!
