nay-OH-me, and everyone I know pronounces it the same, except for my 80-year-old grandmother who says nigh-OH-me, as in the word, "nigh" that rhymes with, "eye."

    I say nay-oh-me.
If I had a baby right now, I'd name it,
    Scarlett Amelia or Emerson Joseph.
I also like Cashel, Gabriel, Genevieve, & Juliette. + So much more.
    I'm Ashley btw, and I'm 19!

I know a few, and they pronounce it nay-OH-mee. I've heard nye-oh-mee too, but I don't like it as much that way.
