    I say it nay-oh-mi, but I have heard it pronounced nah-oh-mi.

    I pronounce it however the wearer says they say it. I know one that goes by Nigh-oh-mee, but there are others that would go by Nay-oh-mee, and others by No-mee, and still others by Nah-oh-mee (those are typically Israeli, since Americans can't really pronounce the Ah and Oh sounds one after another without dipthongs). It just depends on the person, really. I pronounce it all of those ways.
