I much prefer Vivian-- it looks better, and Vivienne seems obnoxiously frilly in comparison, like it's trying too hard.

I prefer Vivienne, and pronounce it the same way as I do Vivian.

    I prefer Vivienne.
I do pronounce them ever so slightly different. Vivian I would pronounce with a more open 'ah' sound a little closer to 'anne' Vivienne I pronounce a little closer to an 'eh' sound. It's so subtle it probably wouldn't make a difference to anyone else.

And for me Vivienne is more visually appealing, Vivian seems squished together for some reason

I prefer Vivian. I pronounce the names as Mischa said, VIVian and ViviENNE.

I pronounce them the same, but I prefer Vivian. Much cleaner, more mature, and I don't feel like I have to whip out my French accent.
