I'm in the US and can only think of Harriet Tubman and Harriet the spy. The name seems a tad onerous for a little girl.

One, though I don't think it will be much help. She was in her sixties, over six feet tall, barrel-chested, with a deep, smoker's voice, a helmet of steel-gray curls, and an intimidating, humorless manner. No one teased her...about anything. Ever.

I've known a few Harriets and none of them have been teased about their name. I think it's a great name.
