You have some great guilty pleasure names! I especially love Seraphina (I'm not brave enough to use it), Pandora, and Antoinette!
My GP Names for Girls - Most are great names that I wouldn't be able to use due to flow with our last name, other people in our family/friends with kids already named those names, or just not brave enough to use

I like a lot of your GP names.
Seraphina- this name is beautiful! I think it's usable, especially since the Aflecks used it.
Honey- better left as a guilty pleasure. Makes me think of what my dad puts in his tea.
Adora- love Adora, but it's best in the middle.
Pandora- Yipes, better as a GP (I can hear the kids saying "Look out for Pandora, she'll destroy the world!")
Sapphire- Too "all that glitters". A bit trashy. So best as GP.
Mimi- ever since I was about four or five I've HATED the name Mimi. I have no reasony why.
Lyric- Love this in the middle spot.
Violetta- I think this is great for a first name. Very exotic and operatic.
Antoinette- Love this name. Very regal. Nickname Toni is a plus.
So to cap it off:
Great for first names: Violetta, Anoinette, Seraphina and possibly Adora.
Great for middle names: Lyric and Adora
Stay a GP: Sapphire, Mimi, Pandora, Honey-Athena

I think they're very cute! I think they could all be genuinely used, to be honest. I've taught a girl named Sapphire, but I think Sapphira is nicer (Sapphire is a bit of a - how do I say this - stripper name lol). The only other one I'd be careful about is Honey. As in, if you name her Honey, she'd better be a honey!First baby due on April 10, 2015
