It's definitely completely unisex, ala Taylor or Avery. I think I prefer it on a girl, but a boy could wear it just fine.

My sister's name is Riley Riley Hope.

We all have unisex names though, and Riley and Keegan (brother) are of Celtic/Irish descent like our mother's side of the family.

Personally, I prefer Riley on a boy but it's getting quite common for girls as well.

I prefer it for a boy, but I don't think I've ever met a girl Riley.
