Jack -- one of my faves, no contest
Samuel -- just really don't like the nickname Danny
Alexander -- no great reason, I just like it a little better
Alfie -- I dunno, my mind just goes to Freddy Krueger
Matthew -- don't really like either all that much, but if I had to pick
Charlie -- love Connor, great name, I think I'm just biased because I know a lot of Charlies I like
Oliver -- again, no good reason, just have a soft spot for Oliver
Harry -- don't love Thomas
Russell -- really don't like Reuben
Nathan -- absolutely no good reason, I hate the name William for personal reasons (but the nicknames are awful)

Jack! My brother is a Jacob nn C0bbie (a long story) and Jack is that little bit less popular. Jack is really cute, and a name that hasn't really dated.
I Samuel a lot better as a FN, but Daniel as a MN.
Alexander I love this. I especially like Alessandra for a girl.
Alfie. I like Alflie much better, but Alfred has both nickname possibilities!
I am loving Matthew a lot at the moment.
Charlie. Charles is cute too.
Oliver is my favourite name from you list! But Ollie and Elliot are a bit to matchy.
Even though Th0mas is my other brother's name, I like it a lot. Harry is a bit too nicknamey, I prefer Henry.
Russell, even though I don't really like either of them.
Nathan, because it goes better with 'his' siblings.
Good luck!Jude, blackbird.

Jack or Jake/Jacob- While Jack has the better name meaning "God is gracious". I prefer the name Jacob.
Samuel or Daniel- Samuel "God has heard"
Alexander or Adam- Alexander "Defender of Man"..I suggest the nicknames Lex or Xander, as opposed to the more common Alex.
Alfie or Freddie- Alfie. As the full name not short for anything. However, name your child Alfred, and you can use either Alfie or Freddie.
Matthew or Joseph- Matthew! "Gift of God" I also, like the Polish, Mateusz.
Charlie or Connor- Charlie.
Oliver or Isaac- Issac
Harry or Thomas- Thomas.
Reuben or Russell- Russell
Nathan or William- William, nick name Liam.
