Red face What do you think of these boys' names?

Here is our (rather long) list for our baby (if it's a boy!) due next January. Tell me what you honestly think of them, and any other suggestions are, of course, welcome. We tend to gravitate towards more uncommon names, but there are some here that are quite well-used. Our surname is Wright so no 'W' names please, we're not too keen on alliterations. Also, there are some names here that could only be used as middle names, (e.g. Arthur) but we really like them, so we've kept them on.
(P.S. If you want to try to make combinations, feel free!)
(P.P.S. Names in bold are our absolute favourites)

    Here they are:

Okay, ones I love: Alfred, Arthur, Bastien, Evander, James, Jasper, Julian, Leo, Luca, Nico, Otto, Rupert, Sebastian

NMS but fine: Bram, Christopher, Conrad, Cosmo, Elijah, Finley, Florian, Hansel, Jared, Kai, Lucian, Navin, Noah, Theo

Nothing else to say about these other than I think they're fantastic or that they'd make decent names. These are ones which I dislike, with reasons:

Austin - I think of a cheesy American jock boy when I hear this name, like Brad and Josh. I also think it's a little dated.
Bryce - Not a fan of surname names and it just doesn't have a nice sound.
Clancy - Dated. And I dislike it visibly and audibly.
Cotton - Ehhhh the fabric? A surname? Bit odd.
    Damien - The Omen.
Emmett - Never liked, plus it's slang in my area.
Jolyon - I just don't like. Julian is much more handsome.
Keir - Again, the sound :/ Do you like Kian or Cian?
    Lowell - Surname
Okan & Oren - They're probably nice ethnic names but they look like they're missing something. Plus I see/hear the words 'okay' and 'oral'.
Wiley - no 'W' names? I really dislike Wiley- trendy surname which looks like 'willy'.

Other suggestions: Jack, Lachlan, Angus, Alastair, Harry, Rupert, Oliver, Miles, Dominic, Reuben, Oscar
