    How do you pronounce Zephyr?

Seriously, I'm stumped. I've heard people say it Zef-fer but most of the time I hear people pronounce it Zef-fear. I pronounce it the latter way usually but I prefer the sound of the former...

So to get this down straight in my brain...how do you guys pronounce it? Zef-fer, Zef-fear or another way?
    Love, Claire

Zef-fer. Never heard it pronounced the other way actually.
