I have an Eloise and a Beatrix, both of which I think are full of spunk, especially Beatrix. Other names that have the same style, imo:

    - Ottoline
    - Agatha
    - Harriet
    - Rosamund
    - Ramona
    - Theodora
    - Guinevere/Gwendolyn
    - Marnie
    - Maisie
    - Francine
    - Romilly
    - Keely
    Cate

Sahm to: Eloise (06/2008) Beatrix (10/2010) Foster (07/2012) Harriet (edd: 09/2014)

But I take it you mean something upbeat and lively:

    Bonnie
    Eliza
    Holly
    Isla
    Jenna
    Jessie
    Lara
    Lola
    Lucy
    Pippa
    Poppy
    Zara

LOL. It technically means that in the US too, it's just more often used with "lively, energetic" in mind.
