Adair or Valen -- This is an interesting pairing because both names make me think of another word immediately. Adair makes me think Fred Astaire and Valen makes me think of Valor. So, Valen because it is both mild and
Elena or Lena? -- Elena b/c I automatically pronounce it ah-LAY-na which I think is really beautiful and I pronounce Lena "Lean-ah" which is not as pretty to me. Regardless, Elena sounds more complete.
Alma or Etta? -- Etta. More recognizable and pretty.
Bridget or Nora(h)? -- Tough, but Nora. It's more simple and feminine.
Delia or Della? -- Della by far. It has a very rustic beauty and quiet strength to it.
Hazel or Regina? -- Hazel. Much softer and more pretty to me.
Sylvia or Dororthy? -- Sylvia. Sounds mysterious and pretty.
Ramona or Eleanor or Eleanora? -- Really tough. I can't decide.
Magdalia or Magdala or Magdalen or Magdalena??????? -- Magdalen. Simple, elegant, rare.
    Belen or Salma? -- Neither.
Not expecting, just planning and building lists!

Adair (although I see it more as a boy's name, I still like it for a girl)
Neither Elena nor Lena, because I find them dull.
    Alma (I love this one)
Nora, but I'm not a fan of either.
    Delia
    Neither Hazel nor Regina.
    Dorothy
Both Ramona and Eleanor. These are both great.
    Magdalena

    Della. But Delia's pretty too!

Salma I suppose, but I'm not a huge fan of either.
