    Thoughts on Rosetta

    My wife and I are expecting in August, and for a girls name, we're thinking Rosetta. We want to call her "Etta" and found Rosetta to be the most pleasant longer form of that name. Plus it gives her some options down the road (Rose, Etta, Rosie..) Also she'll be a mix of chinese / white / hispanic.

    I know some people here don't like the old names, but I was wondering what you all think.

    It's not bad; I really do like the Rose names, but this one reminds me of Rosetta Stone, the language program.
