    Not a -pen name but my current favorite way to get to Penny is Millicent. My husband thinks the Cent=Penny is a little ham fisted but I think it's cute.

    My husband, an avid rower, would say Penrith (site of the rowing for the Sydney Olympics). That would go better for a boy, I think.
