    In Portuguese the nickname "Becas" is used for any name that has the "Beh" sound — Isabel being the most common.

    Benedicta, Beatrice, Brecken come to mind, too.

    You could do something like Isabella Catherine or Bennet Camilla.

    What about something like Beatrix Catherine nn BECA?

    Or Belen, Bellamy, Bellatrix, Bethany Paired with Callie, Calla, Callista, Catriona, Cassia, etc.

    @backtomyroots great idea! Bellamy Catherine is a great idea. Or Calla as a middle. I have always though that fn/mn combo nicknames were absolutely wonderful.
