    Margo, Margot or Margaux?

    Hey berries!

I really like Margo as a middle name, but I was wondering what your favourite spelling was. All of them are pronounced marr-go.

    Margo
    Margot
    Margaux

Please comment on each, say your favourite spelling and why. Also, I really like the combo Juniper Margo/Margot/Margaux. What do you think? Does it go? Does the spelling make a difference in the name?

    Thanks

1 Margot - I like this French spelling - it's sophisticated and elegant. It looks the most complete.
2 Margo - I'm not crazy about this but it's better than Margaux.
3 Margaux - faux-French and the name of a wine brand called Chateau Margaux.

    In order of preference:

    Juniper Margot - just right!
    Juniper Margo - ok
    Juniper Margaux - over-the-top
    All the best,
    Mischa.

Margaux is the only spelling that makes the name tolerable. I don't like the sound of it--like a toddler learning to talk.

Margot is my fave. Margo seems incomplete and Margeaux would constantly get miss-spelt.

I like Margot the best, followed by Margo. Margaux is just wrong and makes me want to say "mar-gawks".
