I think Juliet and Felicity go well together. I think they're both ultra feminine and romantic

    Girls:
    1. Juliet & Amelia — romantic & frilly
    2. Adeline & Felicity — vintage & more unusual
    3. Thea & Poppy —*short & sweet
(I agree that Vada & Tatum don't work —*they also seem "outliers" in style from your other names.)

    Boys:
    1. Felix & Jude — vinatge & fashionable. Oliver fits in this category, too.
(Graham feels dated, Nolan too modern, and Elijah to common in comparison. Neither of these 3 fit together with the other names).

    Twins:
    1. Oliver & Thea — simple & elegant
(the other names don't match as well —*Graham is heavy/old & Juliet is delicate/girly, Jude and Vada are rhymy and too different in style: Christian/Hindu, rock-and-roll/hinduism, cool/frumpy.)

    My suggestions:
    Oliver & Felicity
    Felix & Amelia
    Oliver & Juliet
    Jude & Thea
    Nolan & Poppy
Bertrand -bertie-, Wilfred, Léon, Axel, Cuthbert -cubby-, Maxentius, Aubrey, Phoebus, John-Henry.
Émilienne, Livia, Annabella -abbey-, Maud, Rosamund, Kimborough, Clemency, Elizabeth-Charlotte.

Adeline and felicity has my vote. Thea and Vada are to similar. Juliet and Felicity has heavy t at the end.

I suggest Felicity and Vada cold work
