From your list, I like Elijah in the middle. The "j" breaks up the straight line of the combo. The only combo I'm not crazy about is the three surname combo of Graham Spencer Bennett.
    All the best,
    Mischa.

I'm going to agree with mischa that Elijah really floes well...

I was going to suggest Graham Sebastian, but I never thought about breaking up the bottom line!

Graham Elijah does sound the best of your choices. I love both Graham and Nathaniel but Graham Nathaniel but it has the same vowel sound throughout.

My favorite is actually Graham Spencer. I guess I don't view Graham or Spencer as surnames.
