    Is this really that odd?

I love both these names but for sisters do they sound out of place together? What do you think? Are they usable. Sylvana is my girls name and I love Carys for a sister

No, I think they work together fine. They are both a little exotic sounding, and thats what makes them interesting. I dont think its odd at all! (Btw LOVE Carys!)
Boys: Maxwell, Bennett, Oliver, Elliott and Archer.

Girls: Rose, Juliet, Aria, Cora and Scarlett

Sorry for any random spellings. I'm probably on my nook!

Sylvana and Carys are different styles but that's ok in this case (one is frilly and Latin and one is feminine and Welsh). Now if it was two girls named Sylvana and Carson... then that would be strange to me.
    All the best,
    Mischa.

I think they sound well matched, even with different origins. Both are feminine, mildly exotic, soft, and (for me) rather evocative of nature.

Thanks for the feedback, its nice to know that my tastes aren't that odd, I just love girly sounding names. My other contender if I don't go with Carys is Ivy, my daughters nn is Sylvie so may get confusing? Any thoughts?
