I'm not super fond of Kate in the second spot as my brain goes immediately to Mary-Kate. But I agree that Mabel Kate is a lovely pick!

    How about Mabel June?

Ramona Kate is my pick - beautiful with Hank!

Mabel Kate for sure! I like Ramona and Beatrix too, but Mabel Kate and James Henry "Hank" is just perfect!

I think any of your first names work with James Henry (aka Hank) but I would rate them as follows.

1 Mabel Kate - vintage spunk. Hank and Mabel would be lovely!
    2 Beatrix Kate
    3 Ramona Kate
    All the best,
    Mischa.
