I think Anna is name that works well as a double first name. Anna Louise Harper S. Anna Louise . Annie Lou. Sadie Louise would be preferable to Livia Louise to me - I have a problem with Livia for the reasons you specified.
I like simple yet versatile names that work well for the athlete, the comic, the genius, and the judge.

Isadora Louise would be an easy way to get Sadie Lou, and Isadora matches Cornelia nicely.

Och, I love the idea of Livia Louise (or another alliterative name--I think Livy Lou is just adorable, though!). I think something like Lilia Louise or Lydia Louise would be gorgeous, as well--Lily Lou and Liddy Lou are adorable! I think Felicity Louise would be lovely, as well, although I'm not sure what you'd do for a nn--maybe Izzy Lou or Lity Lou/Liddy Lou or even Flicka Lou (although that sort of sounds like flick at you, haha)? I'm not generally a fan of the general nns--Fliss, Flick, Flicka--but I think something like Lissie Lou or Flissy Lou would be pretty cute.
