    Nickname Pippa

I am trying to figure out some way to get the nickname Pippa without using Philippa as I am not a huge fan of feminizations. Any ideas would be hugely appreciated ! I adore the idea of nicknames and Pippa is one of my favorites, but I don't think it is enough to stand on its own with our last name! Which starts with 'M' by the way!
P.s. Now after doing some thinking based on replies We have decided that Pippa may work nicely on its own if we can find a substancial middle name! If anyone has any suggestions for middle names I would appreciate it very much! For a little bit of guidance.. We absolutely love French names and word names!

I think that Pippa is rather darling on its own, but I can understand your concerns with the last name. There is always Penelope or Philomela. However, they may be quite a stretch. Is it possible that Pippa could work as a middle name and you still call her it?
