I know a Kiri. She's really smart and one of the most beautiful girls I've ever met. Its not my style, but I like it. I think I prefer it on its own rather than short for Kirrily.

I know a women name Kiri and she wears it well, it doesn't seem too cutesy on her and I would say it isn't more cutesy than names like Kallie or Hailey.

I'd prefer something like Keira or Kiersten with nn Kiri. Honestly, Kiri is cute but it sounds like a name for a parrot.

I think it is a really cute name, but probably better as a nickname. Depending on the person, it seems like a name that may not transition well to teenage years and adulthood. So having a full name to I guess 'fall back on' would be probably be a good idea.
If I had a baby right now, I'd name it,
    Scarlett Amelia or Emerson Joseph.
I also like Cashel, Gabriel, Genevieve, & Juliette. + So much more.
    I'm Ashley btw, and I'm 19!
