I'm loving Aurelia Ivy!
I like alliteration, so I like Aurelia Anne.
If I were to do a more traditional middle, I'd probably go for Aurelia Marie, Aurelia Jane, or Aurelia Elisabeth. Aurelia Sue and Aurelia Mae are also sweet.

Depends on the surname, but I do prefer Aurelia Rose from your choices. Aurelia is so vowely and flowy that I prefer it paired with a slightly stronger, more grounded mn.

Aurelia Ivy: Spunky, but a bit of a mouthful. Ivy isn't as elegant as Aurelia, in my opinion.
Aurelia Iris: Gorgeous, but again, a mouthful. I do like this one though.
Aurelia Violet: Very pretty, and gives off a purple-and-gold glow.
Aurelia Leilani: I don't think Leilani matches Aurelia.
Aurelia Rose: Very pretty again, and it totally gives off a lovely golden-pink aura.
Aurelia Eve: I love Aurelia and I love Eve. It's a nice combo, the only problem is that Aurelia and Eve run together a bit when you say it together.
Aurelia Evangeline: Too long for my taste, and I think you prefer shorter MNs, right?
I tried to find some elegant, yet not very long names for you. Some suggestions:
