    Margot? Or Margaret nicknamed Margot?

I think we are leaning towards Margot right now. It is my absolute favorite and I am so happy!

My husband says he actually prefers the name Margaret to Margot but has no problem with the nickname Margot for Margaret. He thinks it is the best of both worlds.

I am really not sure. I love Margot on its own. It has spunk and class and is just perfect. Margaret nicknamed Margot just doesn't seem to have the same feel. I'm probably just nuts but I can't decide.

What do you guys like better? Margot alone or Margaret nicknamed Margot?

I'd go with Margot, no offense to any Margarets but I feel like Margot has so much more spunk and personality. Using Margaret nn Margot would probably just end up confusing everyone.

I definitely like Margot better than Margaret and if you're planning on calling her Margot, I see no real reason why you should beat around the bush with Margaret.
