With Cordelia and Gretchen, my top three choices would be...

1 Theodore - handsome, distinguished and majestic with a spunky nn of Theo. Theodore matches the length of Cordelia and Theo is a popular name in Germany so it's a good fit with Gretchen.

2 Henry - a more popular choice but it goes well with both girls.

3 Matthias/Julius - I can't decide which I like better. I do think you should stick with the "us" ending. I love Julian but it shares a similar ending with Gretchen's name. I love Aurelius too but it shares a pronounced "el" with Cordelia. I know I'm picky! Don't despair! I hope you're feeling better soon! As long as you have a healthy baby, that's the main thing!
    All the best,
    Mischa.

    You mentioned the shared 'e'.

Maybe I'm wackadoo, but I pronounce Cordelia as core-deal- yuh and Aurelius like uh-rail-yus.

    Am I saying Aurelius incorrectly?

I couldn't tell you why, but I absolutely adore Matthias with Cordelia and Gretchen.

Henry, Julian, and Theodore feel too common with sisters whose names aren't even in the top 1000. Matthias ranks, but it's far less common than the other three. I also love Aurelius for you.
