For every single one, the only double-barrel I keep thinking of is Mary-Grace! It's classic, a bit spunky, still sweet, and I think on some level, it really fits quite well with all of the names you've listed. Then again, maybe my mind's just fried from working all day.
Cecilia "Cece" and Mary-Lisieux/Mary-Agnes/Mary-_____ (my first thought with Cecilia is the saint connection, so I think a meaningful saint-name to pair as a double barrel with Mary would be very fitting and special. I quite love the idea of Mary-Lisieux, in honor of St. Therese of Lisieux, who has a very special story)
Beatrix and Mary-Fleur (Beatrix has lots of history, but is quite quirky and feels modern, at least to me. I think the modern Fleur works really well with it.)
Melusine "Lulu" and Mary-Odette
Eve and Mary-Lisette (not sure why--I just really like the pairing, haha)
Alice and Mary-Penelope
Florence and Mary-Agnes (I think with Florence, you need something as equally fusty and vintagey)
Araminta and Mary-Serafine
Indira and Mary-Paloma
Hazel and Mary-Adeline
Eleanor and Mary-LouisaAshley
