    I usually don't respond to this type of name but one that I have always thought was lovely was Afton.

    Locklin is just bad, I'm afraid. Boys' name, misspelled. Please don't do that to her.

    I'd go with Avalon or something.

    Oh, what about Harlow? Seems to fit your criteria. I've heard people make the 'harlot' connection, but I don't see it. I personally prefer Harlow to Harper; sounds softer, and has the 'o' in it that you're after.

    Pshaw to gender norms. As far as I'm concerned, any "boy" name can be a girl name. Navigating the other way can be a little trickier, but Locklin seems lovely to me. I would probably spell it more traditionally, but since you're gender swapping, I don't think it matters as much.
