Oh Romeo, Romeo, where for art thou...

First of all let me just say that I'm turkey sorry for posting this in a baby name forum, because, yes, it's not for a baby, it is for a character. Button reason is very simple, no one checks in the writers corner...sorry.
Anyway, my question: what are some names to rename Romeo and Juliet?
Something individualized please. Thank you to all

First, it is wherefore art thou.
I would reverse the names. So Romeo has a Jul- element (Jules) and Juliet has a Rom- element (Amdromeda, Romanza, Promise).

Indeed! As the question is actually asking 'why are you called Romeo?'

Anyway, people do check the Writer's Corner. I personally post there very rarely as I can't fathom why people can't name their own characters, especially when they've invented practically every other little detail about them. I like it when people give us a sample of names and say 'which is best' or they give us a list of names and say 'do these sound like they go together in the same family/world etc' because then I'm convinced they're actually invested in the story and the characters and might actually get round to writing it

To answer your question: any name under the sun.

    Bob and Jill
    Lionel and Felicity

    etc etc.

Jory Leander Atticus, August Eli Benedict, Casimir Mordecai Stewart,

Aira Rose ___, Eleni Fiorella Charlotte, Sylvia Sayuri Noor,
Merit Eleanora Adelaide, Clover Elodie Seraphine, Bridie Scarlett Viola,
Marguerite Cecilia Iris, Eilidh Clara Valentine.

I understand and like your reasoning. It also helps when the writers give information besides appearance and personality; it's about background and where they come from that make a character name. The fact that your character has brown hair, pale skin, and big blue eyes doesn't mean anything about her name.
Anyway, for Romeo and Juliet it could really be anything.

    Julius and Romola
    Henry and Isabelle
    Jacques and Graziella
    Barnaby and Louisa
    Percy and Lashawna
    ect.

Depends on the setting. Mess around with different languages, time periods, etc.
Some examples are 1600s colonial America: John and Mercy
Modern day Paris: Guy and Elodie
    Modern US: Alex and Heather
    Spain: Fernando and Paloma
