Elizabeth and Katherine for sure. I'm a Katherine nn Kate and I have never been teased, never been mispronounced, never anything. I can choose whether I want my full name or my nickname on any resume and both are acceptable. Kate is short, likable, and perennial. Elizabeth is exactly the same, though has more nickname options, so there are some nicknames for Elizabeth that are less safe than others (i.e. Betty, Eliza).
    Names I enjoy:

    Girls: Lucy, Elena, Lake, Sylvie

    Boys: Jack, Eamon, Sylvan, Theo

Elizabeth or Catherine for sure. Maybe Sarah, Anne/Anna, or Mary, although I haven't heard of too many babies with those names lately. I think, even though they are just as classic, they seem more boring to people. Elizabeth and Catherine at least have a lot of spelling and nickname options.

Something really classic- and not eclectically classic either, something that was used in excess between now and then. So Mary, Catherine, Elizabeth. They're not boring, they're just safe.
