Edith Mirabelle is absolutely gorgeous! Though I would prefer Edith Mirabel.

Franca Eleanor is also lovely, but I do prefer Frances Eleanor.

Frida Eleanor is once again, lovely.

Thora Antonella is nice enough, I'm just not a fan of Antonella.

Love Edith Mirabelle nn Edie. Great name!
My second choice would be Thora, although I'm not nuts about Thora Antonella.

Ooh Franca! I adore Frida too, but Franca is an unusual one. Thora is too lispy for me. Edith is scrumptious, but I wouldn't call it a strong name.. dignified absolutely. Edie always makes me think of Edith Bunker. :-/

Franca Leonor. Eleanor has great history, but I find it frumpy. Leonor is basically the same name, but more in keeping with Franca's Italian sophistication.

Frida Tove (Tove from Thora. Crisp.)

for FN's I love Frieda (I prefer this spelling because it's closer to the German word for peace, Friede), and Edith. I also really like Theodora nn Thora but don't love Thora on it's own.

for MN's I think Mirabel (this spelling), Eleanor and Antonella are all pretty fetch.

I don't love your combos. I agree with pp's that the flows are find but not great.
Frieda Antonella, Theodora Mirabel and Edith Eleanor would be my combo picks. (I know people have issues with -a A- but I think it works here).

Also I think E is a really cute nn for and E- name.
...if my husbands has no vote, then....
