I love Vivienne and it is definitely my favorite from your list (I may be biased, though, as my middle name is Vivian. I love both spellings. I will use Vivian as my first daughter's middle name because I was named after grandmothers and I want to continue the use of the name. I will use the Vivian spelling purely because of it's family significance, but I also adore the Vivienne spelling). Vivienne is so pretty, elegant, and fresh. I LOVE the nn Vivi. Colette and Simone don't do anything for me, sorry!

I like Simone best, then Vivienne. Both are gorgeous. Vivien would have edged out Simone.

I must have a phobia of -ette names.
